Angel Loving Care is dedicated to promoting a lifestyle of fairness and inclusion in all aspects of life for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, to include opportunities for choice, access to quality health, education, employment, and other human services and supports.

To accomplish our mission, Angel Loving Care:

• Hires and continuously trains our staff and especially our Direct Support Staff on person centered practices and models to enable persons with developmental disabilities to exercise control over their lives, reach their full potential, and lead productive, meaningful lives.

• Seek and partner with community leaders and advocates to increase community inclusion, improve services and supports, and increase opportunities for people with developmental disabilities to pursue their hopes, dreams, and aspirations.

• Promotes and uses person centered approaches to support people to live, learn, work, and enjoy community life.

• Advocates for the elimination of barriers that create separation and segregation and limit opportunities for full inclusion and community participation.

• Support people with developmental disabilities and their family members to advocate for themselves and others, develop leadership skills, and play a meaningful role in shaping public policies, programs, and services that affect them.
